About the Role
Sago Mini is seeking an Associate Marketing Project Manager to act as a crucial support system for our global marketing campaigns. This role will help ensure that our creative vision reaches millions of families by managing the lifecycle of assets for the Piknik product portfolio.
Sago Mini develops ground-breaking playful learning products that put kids at the centre of the experience. As the Associate Marketing Project Manager, you will support the lifecycle of creative assets from brief submission to final distribution, managing our tracking tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep everything on schedule. This is an ideal role for a professional with 2–4 years of experience who is eager to lead high-impact workflows, master complex production pipelines, and grow within a world-class creative studio.
It’s important to note that this role is hybrid, requiring you to work from our downtown Toronto studio three days a week.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000 per annum. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

- Asset Ownership: Drive the organization of our digital asset management systems, ensuring all final deliverables are audited, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Campaign Support: Work with growth and engagement teams to ensure all project briefs include proper specs for Paid UA, CRM, social media, and app stores.
- Website & Content Coordination: Manage website content updates and coordinate site management tasks.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread and edit marketing content across all mediums to ensure the highest quality from draft to final version.
- 2–4 years of experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to filter information from many stakeholders into actionable solutions.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
